the rooms were impeccably clean and amazing, guests are allowed to use central heating, a flat-screen tv, and a fridge. the location itself was comfortable and absolutely perfect to a 50-year-old local restaurant. staff was excellent and friendly, i liked it.

The whole property felt new and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. I had an amazing stay at Flora House. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the entrance to the park. The host, Zlatko, was very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the house. I also loved that there was a convenient store nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the lakes. It was truly a fantastic experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was just a short walk away from Entrance 1 of the National Park, making it incredibly convenient for us to explore the stunning Plitvice lakes. Additionally, there were several stores and restaurants within walking distance, giving us plenty of options for meals and snacks during our stay. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with modern furniture and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff were also very responsive and provided excellent service. The breakfast each morning was fresh and ample, preparing us for a day of hiking.

The only downside was the lack of outdoor seating in the evening. It would have been nice to have some Adirondack type chairs on the lawn or another comfortable way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings after a long day of hiking.

This place is neat and located next to super clean stores and restaurants, offering a nice sleep on a large bed, and a nice welcome from the owner.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern and well-maintained property located just a short walk away from Plitvička Lakes. The clean and comfortable room had beautiful furniture and a peaceful view out the window. The shower was excellent with good water pressure. The location was convenient for visiting the park, and I even had the option to leave my car parked while exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated the small touches like having tea bags and sugar available. Despite a minor inconvenience of not having enough hand soap, I was able to use the shower gel instead. I highly recommend staying at this property for a great experience in the area.
